Anna Green is the Development Manager for Fulcrum Property, overseeing all aspects of the project development process. Her responsibilities include guiding real estate projects through design, permitting, and construction to successful completion.
Prior to joining Fulcrum Property, Anna held senior management roles with custom home builders, where she spent three years directing projects through planning and permitting, managing design and architectural products, and fostering strong relationships with local jurisdictions and communities. Before that, she served as a project manager and job captain for an award-winning architectural firm in the Bay Area, working across multidisciplinary departments on single-family residential, multifamily, affordable housing, and light commercial projects. With over a decade of expertise in architecture and design, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role.
Anna holds a professional degree in Architecture and a secondary degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Her academic experience includes architectural studies abroad in Italy, enriching her global perspective on design and development.
A passionate advocate for women’s leadership and community engagement, Anna has been an active volunteer for over seven years with the Professional Women in Building Council (PWB). She has served as chair and vice-chair for multiple committees, championing women’s advancement in the home building industry. In 2020, Anna was elected to the Building Industry Association (BIA) Bay Area Board of Directors, where she served as President of the PWB Council, continuing her commitment to empowering women and fostering the next generation of leaders in the field.
