We promote thoughtful design that answers the diverse needs of tenants and the community, resulting in vibrant, engaging places that people are drawn to time and again. Our accomplishments are well recognized, and we have received the International Council of Shopping Centers’ most prestigious design award three times, more than any developer in the country.

Some of our most robust projects are redevelopments, properties whose assets were shrouded by age, poor maintenance or dated architecture. The critically acclaimed Elliott Building in Sacramento was transformed from an old auto dealership into the city’s first loft development, stimulating a resurgence of enterprise in Midtown. We are a trusted developer and manager of office space. Recently completed projects include a headquarters facility for Ed Fund, a medical office facility for UC Davis and Mercy/Catholic Healthcare West, and a headquarters building for Sacramento County Department of Environmental Management.

Our current development activity is decidedly civic in scale and prominence. We are currently finalizing the second phase of residential product in The Bridge District, our regions’ most promising urban infill development and one that is key to the evolution of our downtown core. We are also a development partner in the Golden One Center, home of the Sacramento Kings NBA team–a transformative investment that has brought renewed vitality to city living and set the stage for Sacramento’s 21st century growth.
