Owned by Fulcrum since 1973, Arden is the dominant regional mall serving Sacramento, with impressive sales volume and high-end national tenants. The center features excellent freeway access and visibility, and attracts customers from multiple trade areas. In 1991 Fulcrum and its partner, AEW Capital, launched a redevelopment effort to create a new identity for Arden.
