Situated in The Bridge District within The Block building, Franquette is a one-of-a-kind, French-inspired neighborhood cafe/wine bar. Fulcrum has partnered with the team behind Michelin-rated restaurant, Canon to plan, develop and create Franquette. Franquette’s culinary program is led by Chef Elena Winks.
