Ice Blocks

Fulcrum is inspired by the possibilities of Sacramento’s emerging R Street Corridor and plans to contribute to its character as a historical, transit-oriented neighborhood. The mixed-use design concept values the pedestrian and the community. The project will add economic mass to the corridor, benefitting the light rail station conveniently located one block away! As R Street matures into a walkable district, the Ice Blocks will become a vital hub, connecting other developments to the east and west while offering amenities, housing and entertainment.
