Michelle Clanton serves as our Community Manager for Kind Downtown. She cultivates solid relationships and believes in providing the best environment for prospects and residents. Michelle is professional and hardworking. It has been said that she is unsurpassed in building positive environments. She has an excellent and proven track record of business development and is a strong team player.
Michelle started her career in property management as an Assistant Manager in Austin, Texas. Since then she has spent over five years as a Senior Regional VP of California Based Tax Credit, focusing on affordable housing development in all of California and parts of Nevada with an emphasis on senior living and family communities.
Michelle holds both HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit ) credentials.
Michelle is grounded in the belief that you treat others as you wish to be treated and strongly promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In business and life, she is about “Doing the right thing, The Right Way! “
