Vanessa Norgauer oversees the property management for Fulcrum’s commercial portfolio. She develops and controls the annual budgets for operating and capital expenses for each commercial property. In addition, she prepares regular financial performance reports, and tenant recovery calculations and ensures timely payment of portfolio receivables. Vanessa is also responsible for overseeing tenant improvement projects, managing vendors and operational staff, and ensuring that each of the properties runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
She has been with Fulcrum Property since 2008, having been an escrow officer prior to joining the team. Vanessa takes great pride in the relationships she has developed and deepened over time with our partners, clients, tenants, and vendors.
Vanessa has a degree in Business Administration MBA. In 2017, she was recognized by the Sacramento Business Journal as a recipient of the “Top 40 Under 40” award. She is passionate about giving back to the community and serves as a foster child advocate through CASA El Dorado (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and volunteers her time regularly to support good causes.
